DEPOSIT
To ensure all clients receive the highest quality service and to secure your appointment, we require a 20% deposit of the services.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to your new appointment date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for any services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us and we will be happy to make adjustments to satisfy you.
TOUCH UP
Any retention following your appointment, please contact us within 72 hours of your last appointment. We offer touch ups, clients are required to make their appointments within 3 days. After that, the appointment will be considered as a refill. We do not offer refunds.
CANCELLATION
Appointments are very important, which are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things happen and rescheduling is necessary.
Therefore, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, or loss of deposit.
ALLERGIES
We offer a patch test for new clients who have never had eyelash extensions before and also for clients who are worried about getting allergic reactions. However, we offer free lash removal if you develop an allergy. We do not offer refunds for the services.
LATE
Any delay exceeding 15 minutes will result in the loss of the deposit fee unless you have provided prior notification.
